The family operated jewelry store my husband and I bought our wedding rings at is no longer in business. Unfortunately, 3 months ago, my husband was killed while walking on Fair Oaks Blvd in Carmichael via a hit and run incident (his killer is still at large). I felt it was especially important to get my ring cleaned and inspected to make sure the diamonds were secure, which my jeweler used to do. I cried when I saw the business was no longer there, a piece of history with my husband gone right along with him. I went into Roger's just after, since they were the closest to my old store, not knowing what else to do. The manager, Shane, was very accommodating and empathetic. I also had a jade and gold cross necklace pendant that broke, and they're able to fix it! That cross was my husband's great grandmother's. When she passed away, his now late grandmother gave it me. So on multiple levels, this cross pendant means the world to me. Roger's Jewelers welcomed me with open arms, and they are now my go-to for all of my jewelry business. I can't thank Shane enough for being the right person at the right time.

I Called Roger Jewelry ask how much it would be to take out 2links on wrist watch for my son homecoming dance... Shane answer the phone and mentioned No worries " I take care of that for u" He was kind and generous of his service.... I would recommend this business and how helpful Shane was and would come back again.

Terrible place. We had a ring added to my existing wedding ring and thet did a bad job. Plus, when I have gotten it cleaned, they take 2 minutes and don't put any effort into cleaning it.

I was just there about 2 weeks ago, all staff and customers have to wear mask, and I seen the staff wiping down counters after customers left.

No but when you're in the lobby you have to pull down your mask to show your face to the security camera before they let you in the store.
Yes they do, they range in price. Your better off going in too look at there inventory.
