Why would I ever go to a place that I can’t even make an appointment with. They text you in the morning asking to schedule an appointment but then after calling I would sit on hold for 10 minutes for the call to cut off, happened 3 times. Why would I go to a place that I can’t even reach with a basic phone call the MINUTE after your office texts me to schedule an appointment

Do they ever answer the phone? Was on hold 20 minutes. Then it disconnected. Now I've been on hold for over 25 minutes again....
