While on vacation, dropped in the other day (W/O an appt) to see if they could look at our trailer, which was leaking water from either the fresh water system or the grey water tank. Folks at the counter were extremely courteous and professional, service tech Matt was the best person I've ever dealt with in regards to any kind of service repair - polite, knowledgeable, and exceptionally prepared to find or resolve the issue, which he did in a minimal amount of time and cost! Can't say enough about my whole experience that day - wish I lived closer to make them my go-to RV center!!!!!

Yes there are no steps on a slide out they do just as the name says when you are towing the trailer they are in when you get to a campground you can slide them out which gives you alot More room inside there are no steps they slide out even
On camping trailers maybe. But not on homes
