Staff is extremely rude and unprofessional! I would strongly encourage looking elsewhere to put out your boat/water vehicles and docking needs cause this place is not it!!! As someone who has worked in many forms of customer service through my life I would recommend literally anywhere else for a better business experience who actually cares for their customers compared to this place.

I'm a local to the area. I have been visiting this marina since the 90s when it was bidwells. Yesterday I pulled in to launch... I easily spent 15 min prepping for launch. Nobody came out. My normal process is to launch then start up and leave idle while I park my truck and pay. So in the middle of launching the lady comes out (who should recognize me as a returning customer) starts flipping out for not paying first ... I apologize and say just give me a sec to tie up my boat... Nope she started to push at me saying no pay now pay now pay now ... Ok ok ok let me tie up my boat .... This escalated to her almost pushing me off the dock then kicking stones at me while I was reloading to leave. Decided it was unsafe to leave my vehicle unattended at this marina. I want to be clear that i was going pay as soon as I was launched... I have done it this way for years and years and never had this lady flip or say anything about paying first... Even apologizing did not calm this lady. Very rude and unprofessional
