Update: this DMV is open by appointment made by going to the staff just inside. First come first served basis. This is not the DMV you need to register a vehicle, this is only for inspections of the vehicle. The DMV in North Cape May is where you need to go and they are excepting appt's starting July 15th
Actually not exactly correct information ! There is a small inspection center about 10 minutes away from Cape May DMV. Also you can find another inspection center ( there is big one ) near Egg Harbor
