I've lived in Las Vegas since 1992 and THOUGHT I'd seen it all.. until Siegel Suites Bonanza. Impeccably cared for by Saja and her wonderful staff. This place runs like a finely tuned machine. Super quiet AT ALL TIMES of the day and night. Super clean inside and surrounding exteriors. Security personnel that looks like they can actually secure more than a box of donuts. All amenities accessible and in wonderfully maintained condition. Coldest AC unit I've ever had the please of enjoying along with a crystal clear pool also immaculately maintained. Stop in and be extremely surprised!

Currently living here and it's been great its my second stay since moving to Vegas a few months ago. I'm glad I was able to get back and this Location Saja and the staff here are friendly and welcoming. They address any issues I've had in a timely manner. Its quiet except for the traffic because the area is near busy freemont st.

Friendly yet professional staff with timely responsive security, generally clean & mostly quiet environment - guests pay less using cash, credit's charged more; non working elevator & lack of cigarette smoke free rooms - studios no separate bedroom. Close to downtown Vegas & next to expressway.

I wouldn't stay at this place even if they gave me a room for free. The rooms don't look nothing like the photos.

Hey Danielle I believe you're looking at about $325 a week. I'm not sure about move in fees but $325 is the cost per week for a 1br.
The place is way different now. And with Tabitha as management you are in good hands
