They said there's courtesy patrol I've been here 6 weeks and finally I saw the security guard yesterday. ROACHES ROACHES AND MORE ROACHES. I bought a can of black flag and thankfully it gets them in one shot. We don't eat inside because of the roaches. Roaches in our bed everywhere except the fridge. We're cleaning all the time cuz we spray the black flag and we don't want our dogs coming in contact. The staff bang on your door telling you that you have to fill out their survey and return it in 5 minutes. Drug dealers right outside my door. The only positive about this place is that it's in walking distance to our jobs. We pay $575 every two weeks. Internet is always disconnecting. I hate being away from my apartment though because I have valuables . The laundry room smells like urine. We're gonna be looking at other places ASAP. Only rent here if u have nowhere else to stay safe at.

Hello Everyone, I have been a resident living here for almost three years and firstly I want to thank whomever created the Siegel Suites because I could not afford any other apartments and this place is already furnished with full internet and cable and utilities are free so that's a blessing in its self. Living here I have had no problems with the studio except for sometimes when it came to ride neighbors that has had no consideration for others. I would let the office know and they would immediately take care of the situation as well as if I needed something within my studio the office would immediately have maintenance come and fix whatever I needed fixed. I won't lie it is not the best of areas but for the most part it is a calm place. The staff are genuinely amazing and the support is out of this world. The struggle has been real since covid and I struggled to keep up with my rent but through my struggle they have worked with me and have allowed me to work my way so that I am ok. With the help of Stacy my Landlord in which she helped me by telling me about Chap Program (rental assistance) and also making a payment plan with me that put an ease within my mind knowing that I will be ok So thank you Stacy. Since I moved in all the staff has and continue to be kind and the support has helped me to make my Studio feel like home. Thank you Siegel Suites

Are you talking about that MF fat butterball looking security guard? Lol. There is a toll free phone number on the office business hours sign. Not sure if that is it.
Rent would average around $340 or so for bi-weekly but will vary on the particular location you're at. Check with the office you're wanting to rent at.
It is open from 9 to 5pm mon fri 9 to 4pm sat and Sunday they are 9 to 4pm
It would be obviously against the law to have hidden cameras in your rented living area. I would welcome cameras anywhere else and the manager there could answer that question.
Yes, it is but the amount is not always the same for everyone. For some they think might do some damage to the or just be a problem in general, they tend to ask those types for a higher amount
I couldn't tell you
Huh?
Yes, all of them are studios.
You have to call them directly
Downtown has only studios.
Yes a woman was stabbed by her crazy boyfriend on the 2nd floor .
They dont care about some charges. But if you have a newish or still in process of domestic violence, they won't rent to you
