I like this complex. I have lived here for a year now and I do not have any complaints. Security patrols 24/7, they have folks to take care of the landscaping of the community to keep it nice and clean, and the clubhouse is open more often. The fitness center is great; in the year that I have been here, i have only seen one treadmill be broken and that was fixed in a timely manner. The pools are nice and are always kept clean. The HOA sends out any announcements if there is to be work done in the community and they also send quarterly newsletters. Overall very nice, peaceful community to live in.

I don’t live here but security is nice and has common sense. They treat people like people although the place is a maze at times but i don’t live there lol

Leaf blowers started at 7:15am this morning! It's the third day this week too! I'd rather not have to wear ear plugs and be disturbed every other day. You can also smell the fumes from the gas blowers when they go around and it just blows dust and pollen everywhere. It looks like lazy work, a waste of HOA money, and no care for the owners/residents here.
