I have lived in Regency Tower For over 5 years.The worst condos management and property.There are so many problems in this almost 50 years old building.One day is water pipe is broken and it’s shut down with no notice.Another big problem is the elevator always not working!.The maintenance don’t care much and you are just very unfortunate ...Now the management decided to remodel the common area in every floor at home owner’s expense!!! So be prepared to pay tens of thousands to remodel the hall area on every floor at home owner’s expense !

PROBLEMS 1) building is over 30 years old ,plumbling is a major issue.Be prepare water leaking from the ceiling or the floor above or be;low you!I have to put up with the leaking and tear down the entire ceiling just to fix the water leaking issues. 2) elevator constantly break down. It takes months to get it working but breakdown after 2 weeks.SO basically 1 elevator for all units. 3) Home owners have to prepare tens of thousands to pay for the remodel of the common hallway on every floor. I lived here over 5 years and the monthly condo fees of $1200 is not worth it!
