3 showers for 2000 people. Not ideal. Site supervisor Evan Simpson is to blame for the shortcomings here. She needs to be pushed out.

You might want to try sleeping during the day and hanging out at a 24 hour place at night. That’s what I did until the shelter had room for me
Are you planning to utilize the single persons homeless shelter or the family homeless shelter? I don't believe you may have pets at the family shelter but for the singles shelter you can if they are a companion dog or emotional
No they do not.... if you are meaning a place you can go pick up food at.
Call acsess wireless and ask them where their booster and he set up and what county they are in for the day they move everyday sometimes we're at the food stamp office sometimes they're at the homeless shelter office depends on what county and what day it is so call the company and I'll tell you
There is saint Francis soup kitchen on Mora they serve noon till 1
St Vincent De Paul Society might help
I honestly don't know I'm in a similar situation. Apply for section 8 immediately if you haven't already
Thank you for your feedback; we know the holidays can be a hard time for many. To provide some context: the flags are hung for our annual Homeless Memorial, an event that is held across the country on or about the longest night of the year. In fact, today is Homeless Persons Memorial Day. We have heard feedback from many that having the names hung in the dining hall can be healing and helpful in remembering our friends and community members who have passed. There are plans in the works to create a permanent memorial in Evergreen Cemetery for those who passed away without shelter, with the intention of having a space that allows loved ones to visit the memorial year round, and an environment for the ceremony that invites a higher level of respect and intention.
