The services provided are the bare minimum, CEO does not care about the quality of care or facilities. CCFCC has had multiple sites shut down due to neglect and inappropriate staff conduct, including physical abuse towards clients, staff members using narcotics on the clock, and putting clients in harms way. Corrupt agency. Would never recommend. Claims To be a non profit, that is a lie.

CCFCS has given me opportunity for growth and advancement. Leadership is open to working with you when you show initiative and desire to want more. High pay rate compared to other agencies out there. Always expanding and growing so there is always room to try and explore different departments. Pinwheel and Racial & Equity Committee reflects CCFCS value for its employees for engagement and what are important to them. I feel heard and valued working here. I highly recommend CCFCS if you are passionate about helping others.

A large and diverse organization with a wide and deep array of programs and services aimed toward the skill building, growth, inclusion, and rehabilitation of persons of varying abilities and backgrounds. Great leadership, efficient operations, and talented, compassionate staff.

They may know of a resource that can help you.

Thank you, Raymond! Marie, we do have a program called Community Resource Services that could potentially help with a security deposit, we'd need to know much more about your friend's situation to determine if they are eligible though. A good first step is to check with DSS on St. Paul to open a case if they don't have one, and to check on compliance if they do. DSS may help with first month's rent depending on the situation. If you or your friend would like to learn more, visit us during our walk in hours at 539 Joseph avenue between 9 and 12:30 each weekday. You can also call us at 232-2050, we do our best to answer and return calls, but with how busy we are here, and the high number of calls we receive, we can't always get to the phones right away.

There are several surface/open lots on Pleasant Street and nearby side streets, as well as two covered parking garages - St. Joseph's Garagage, which is across the street from 87 and 79 North Clinton, and Mortimer Garage, which is next to the Rochester Transit Authority (RTS) bus station. There are just a few on-street parking options, and all of these have time limits posted.
