When I was waiting in line by the time the person in front of me got through the girl behind the counter said she would be right back to take my order or she came back with a bucket of ice and went back for a second bucket and somebody else told her to take care of the customers I waited for about 7 minutes for her to come and take my order and when I got the happy meals for my kids I told them anything but barbecue and that's exactly what they gave me barbecue for their Happy Meals anyways when my nephew spelled his chocolate milk on the floor I went to tell somebody that that we spilled nobody came with a mop I cleaned the table but I wasn't going to get down on my knees to clean the floor I will not be going back to that McDonald's ever again

Ordered chicken nugget meal with fries taste like it's been setting out all day drying in the heat lamp. Hard as a rock. The fries was just as stale. I used to enjoy McDonald's. Now these McDonald's in gp are a hit and miss. Mostly a miss. I have more negative things to say than good with my experience at these McDonald's.This location is the worse by far. Is it too much to ask to have fresh and hot cooked food. Absolutely no heat what so ever to the food. I should break open a nugget and see steam. I feel like I'm eating food that they throw away at the end of the day that's how poor the food quality is. These bad experiences lose my interest in returning.

30 minutes waiting inside for 2 cheeseburgers and a coke. By the time I got my order, the burgers were cold and the coke was half full and had no ice. And don't you dare say it was because they're "short handed"... there were 8 employees, including 3 white shirts, that stood around working as hard as a bucket of apples! It's not a staffing issue, it's a work ethic issue. And they want twenty dollars an hour? For what??

Worst McDonald's I have ever visited anywhere in the world. 1. Got my drink order wrong. 2. Didn't bring my drink with my order; I had to remind them. 3. No ketchup dispenser, and I had to ask for ketchup. 4. No free refills. The restaurant seems severely understaffed and the existing staff is indifferently trained. On the other hand, it is clean.

Wish I could have a more positive answer. In defense of newbies, they're told not to think on their own, so that is not their fault. There is however, one female who is part of the management team who has mastered the art of eye rolling and arguementitive skills. I will continue to go to that store, hoping she'll move on so it will return to the great one in the chain.
Thank you all for your input..My friend "did" have to just end up driving all the way back to that particular McDonald's; It "appears" that Restaurant turned off their phone and thus anyone calling would Only get a recording that this McDonald's "had not set up their voicemail!" "Hmm..On purpose??" This surely is Not a "Customer-Friendly Choice" for "Any Business who Cares about their Customer's Satisfaction to decide to do!..at least Not in my opinion. The "Least" they could do is to have their Voicemail set up, & to "follow up on the legitimate rights of their Customers when "they give out someone else's order & we didn't receive Anything ordered!!"(If I had been there myself, I Normally do check the orders from the fast-food restaurants, as too many times it seems to have mistakes in the order; Especially a "certain fast-food place here!" Normally, many McDonald's are more accurate or will "Try" to compensate for their mistakes & the Customer's Satisfaction.Unfortunately this didn't
