I was the only car in the drive through when I ordered, and drove straight to the window. I paid and received my ice cream and sodas. Waited about 3 minutes, they asked me to pull forward to wait for my food. 6 cars in the drive through had come and gone before I received my food (about 15 minutes later). At this point my ice cream is melted. We asked what took so long, and the guy said, “I don’t know.” We leave the parking lot, and try a fry, they were already cold. We finally get home to sit down to eat, and the burgers were VERY poorly made.. Honestly my 3 year old son could have assembled a better burger. The buns were all smushed, nothing was aligned, and the ingredients were all on one side, not spread over the whole burger. This happened on all 3 burgers we ordered. Another time I went, all I ordered were blizzards. They tipped the first one, and handed out the rest. The rest were all melted and would’ve dumped all over the place if they tipped them over. But Dairy Queen’s policy it to tip each one to prove they are at blizzard standard, not milkshake. This is the only location I’ve had issues with, but it’s the closes one to my house, so do I keep going back in hopes it will improve?

If I could it would be zero stars. On 6/5/2022 @ 6:28p.m. we went to the drive through at DQ on Redwood Hwy GP. It had been years since we'd eaten at any DQ and it will definitely be the last. $23.75 for 2 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, 2 sm orders of onion rings and 1 Dr Pepper. We drove home to eat. The rings were over cooked almost burnt, the burgers were not fresh, they tasted and looked like they had been sitting out all day and they totally forgot the chicken sandwich. Horrible food. How does this place even stay in business? After calling said DQ the young girl was very nice and said we could either drive back down now or stop in anytime for a refund of the missing sandwich. I think the whole order should be refunded. Just saying. I would not recommend getting food from this DQ.

The employees were nice and friendly. But my cheeseburger wasn't warm. The cheese was not melted. I was traveling and didn't have time to wait for another burger so I didn't say anything. Also the mayo was dripping over the sides and I couldn't eat it without getting mayo all over my face and hands. To be fair I did not give them a chance to make it right. Hopefully it was a one off. I will give them another chance if I'm trying to get a quick bite when I'm passing through.

I went through the drive through got some food and 3 shakes at the window I was asked if I wanted a drink holder and I did. Upon getting home I noticed the drink holder did not hold my drinks and they all 3 spilt all over my vehicles seat. I call the restaurant just to make them aware of the lack of convenience and purpose the holder was and was treated like an unappreciated Customer. I’ve never been treated with such disrespect by a fast food chain and will never eat here ever again.

Not all DQs are owned by one company. Many are owned by individuals. The owners can opt out of monthly specials, certain flavors and certain offers.
Dilly bar! Not ice cream in a stick.. lol
It depends on the size but it's $4ish dollars and under and right now i heard that they have a buy one blizzard get one for 99 cents
