My client stold $100 out of my wallet when I was using bathroom and rever grand did nothing,I quit a full time job to help this client full-time and client lies and had me doing stuff for roommates by wording it so it seemed it was for client.there is no consequences if client breaks a law, this company let's clients have no consequences for their wrong doing instead they support the bad behavior

Most of the time, I like working for rever grand. But they use a time clock system called paylocity and because I work as an on call for the family I have served (for 5 years I might add) , my account gets frequently locked. If you don't log hours at least once every 30 days, you get sent so many emails, phone calls, and texts to the point stating I should log hours once every 30 days that I frequently feel harrassed. I do not control when I get scheduled. We can't pull hours out of thin air. Pros: Great pay Been with the same family for 5 years through three different entities (rever grand being one of those entities) Cons: Sometimes I feel harrassed Sometimes I feel unsupported Sometimes its hard to feel like you are consistently repeating yourself and your comments falling on deaf ears, and you wonder if its worth all the trouble.

All these questions can be easily answered by employee relations, please contact the office. I am just the social media person and don't have as in depth a knowledge as specific department staff.
Please contact employee relations for your answer, no union here, no need to opt out.
If the client has the hours available, a DSP may work up to 17 hours in every 24 hours if approved by the office. After 40 hours in one week all hours are paid a time and a half.
Sorry Steph, we are only a community living supports provider. As Schuyler said, we provide our services where you live so our clients do not need to go into a group home.
If you're a client already you can contact your concierge if but there's an email in the website
It is super easy Ken, I have already forwarded your email to the concierge department and they will reach out to you on Monday. As a bonus, now all your PSW's, including you, will make $18 an hour, be eligible for o/t and also benefits like medical and 401K. If you want to email us back with your phone number, it will make it easier to contact you in the morning. Welcome to the family.
We are not a brokerage, we are a community living support services agency and the funds come from state and federal dollars allotted to our clients through the K Plan. Brokerages get clients funding, agencies provide actual services. Hope this helps.
