What's happening to your service? I always use drive-thru, and recently have to pull around and wait. Today was no exception,as I waited and was short part of my order, when she brought it and when I get home, 2 sandwiches not what I ordered.

Wish I could have a more positive answer. In defense of newbies, they're told not to think on their own, so that is not their fault. There is however, one female who is part of the management team who has mastered the art of eye rolling and arguementitive skills. I will continue to go to that store, hoping she'll move on so it will return to the great one in the chain.

Yes. So true. this is now a common thing to check every item after u get another item so that u help teach the unskilled worker how much he or she isn't worth the money n pay they cry for ..aNd to think the little Buggers want a rIse not un till you you say so..nope.not a nickel .
