Thank you all for your input..My friend "did" have to just end up driving all the way back to that particular McDonald's; It "appears" that Restaurant turned off their phone and thus anyone calling would Only get a recording that this McDonald's "had not set up their voicemail!" "Hmm..On purpose??" This surely is Not a "Customer-Friendly Choice" for "Any Business who Cares about their Customer's Satisfaction to decide to do!..at least Not in my opinion. The "Least" they could do is to have their Voicemail set up, & to "follow up on the legitimate rights of their Customers when "they give out someone else's order & we didn't receive Anything ordered!!"(If I had been there myself, I Normally do check the orders from the fast-food restaurants, as too many times it seems to have mistakes in the order; Especially a "certain fast-food place here!" Normally, many McDonald's are more accurate or will "Try" to compensate for their mistakes & the Customer's Satisfaction.Unfortunately this didn't
