After the merge, I attempted to log into my account to view my bill. It stated, I was not the primary account holder. To my knowledge, since I set it up a few years ago, I was the only one on the account. I called customer service and they informed me that the primary log in was a different username, I know of the persons name, but not like they should have ever been attached to my account. Then a week later, I call to cancel my account and I was transferred to 5 different people and had to explain my reasoning each time, all the while they were trying to convince me to stay. Then it was canceled finally. I had to get a shipping label to return the equipment, guess what you have to log in to do that and My login info didn't work since my account was canceled. After more time, I was able to print that. I sent it off the next day. I canceled my services before the service dates on my current bill. Then the next day someone from the retention department (which I am fairly certain I have already talked to) calls again, I say that I have told them over 5 times and I am not talking to them anymore. I get an email this morning stating I have a new bill and I am not able to log in and look at it. I try to call customer service to find out that option isn't available to me. I get on chat and after an hour, they tell me that my equipment hasn't been received and that is what the bill is for. I check the FedEx tracking, it shows it was received on 9/12. They haven't checked it in or something. This company has done nothing by bully and harass me. I am so glad, I switched to United Fiber, they are extremely pleasant and, the bill is half the price for better service.

They talk you up to increase your services in exchange for a “promotional Visa card” that they never follow through with. Service is slow and connection is unreliable!

I had the same issues with sudden link we are switching to otr hot spot. You can get the modem at Best buy. It's only like 60 bucks a month and you can travel with it.
Contractors broke my sprinkler valve box when putting in new line. They say they don't work on sprinklers. Just break then I guess.

Beware auto paying them due to their no-notice rate hikes! The only real solution is to lobby your city government to replace them with a non-predatory cable provider.

It would be the same w any other Wi-Fi provider as not even phones w a set data limit doesn't refund for non data usage. Also it all depends on how many devices you are using on da same network too. So they shouldn't have to refund any.
Yes! Service is the worst I have ever seen. They lie to you once you do get them on the phone and increase their rates every 2 to 3 months with ridiculous explanations.
The real question is how much will it be a year from now? Expect constant, no-notice price increases.

They tried that with us too I cursed them out on the phone and was done with their trash service and reDICKulas fees but they are the only internet in st Joe and they know it , my wife called them a few hours later and now we pay ANOTHER FEE 7.50 extra a month to cover any INSTALL FEES , F@CK THIS COMPANY , WE PAID FOR GIGABIT INTERNET AND THEN ONLY WAS GETTING 300mbps , I have a killer gaming PC with gigabit network card and this joke of a tech came to my house and tried to LIE TO MY FACE AND TELL ME ITS MY PC FAULT I WAS NOT GETTING THE SPEEDS , I told his a#s to get the f#ck outtake my house , now we pay for 200mbps and pay DOUBLE WHAT WE PAID FOR IN KANSAS CITY BEFORE MOVING HERE FOR HALF THE SPEED , SUDDENLINK IS THE WIRST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH AND THEIR IS NO OTHER OPTION IN ST JOSEPH

It is the name of a wireless network. You can normally find it by looking at available networks when you try to connect your device to a wireless network.

Yes. I have one. The phones stink. I had one that didn't work for 2 weeks. I had to mail it back to Samsung my self. They checked it out and said nothing was wrong with it. It wouldn't hook up to mobile data no matter what they did. Make sure it does before you take the phone. They finally gave me a different phone.

I had no internet connection for 15 days, they say at the office and on the technical support line, it's all do to the " switch over" of the billing system.

If you got an old set top box 2 is NBC either KSHB41 for older boxes n KNPN21 FOR NEWER BOXES as its never been changed from Channel 2 ever since it was on channel 8 decade ago. So you might want to rescan your box or go into settings n make sure its checked so you can still get it.
