Beware auto paying them due to their no-notice rate hikes! The only real solution is to lobby your city government to replace them with a non-predatory cable provider.
Wow. I have never heard of that one before. Good luck! I have gone multiple circles around Suddenlink billing that I get sick to my stomach thinking about paying them. That's why I have my bill on autopay. You should think of it.
