Has anyone reported this company to the Better Business Bureau? Anyone had any luck getting credited for high speed data paid for that was not provided?

It would be the same w any other Wi-Fi provider as not even phones w a set data limit doesn't refund for non data usage. Also it all depends on how many devices you are using on da same network too. So they shouldn't have to refund any.

I have never been credited back anytime for my Wi-Fi. They kind of laugh at me when I asked. Believe that? Mine has sometimes been down for days. I think without satellite they are the only thing we've got.
