9/23/2022 I bought my 2015 Ford escape from this location in September of 2021. I called this morning around 8:20 a.m to make an appointment for an inspection on my Ford, the girl on the phone said she could make an appointment for me or I could just come in and use the express service , so I showed up at the express service counter at 9:05 a.m. to use their express service. for the first time. The guy at the desk said it would be a 2.5 hour wait for an inspection on my Ford !! I'm sorry but this DOES NOT MAKE ANY SENSE !! I'm going somewhere else to get my inspection and I won't be back Matthews. Maybe you should NOT refer your customers to express when it is not express !

I've been buying new cars since 1980. Since my first Subaru in 2003, I have now patronized this dealership exclusively for sales, service & maintenance for nearly 2 more decades and 7 more new cars later. And to say that I'm fussy & critical is an understatement. Every employee, from the General Manager to the lot attendants have one goal: 100% customer satisfaction! Highly recommended!

Very happy with 105,000 mile Svc on 2012 Outback with manual transmission. Along with all the expected service, the mechanic found bad rear bearings, a bad ball joint and bad bushings on front stabilizer and found the oil pump cover was held on by just 2 bolts out 5. The missing three bolts apparently vibrated out. The 13 mile hilly ride home on dirt roads proved to be a quiet smooth shifting pleasure with more power in every gear and none of the usual lugging and down-shifts. I highly recommend Matthews service, particularly for a comprehensive 105K. A sharp eyed Subaru service team can make the difference between a fabulous well-kept car and a wreck.

The sale person was trying to buy a car. I was just shopping. I went to another dealership and they work with us and our budget for leasing a vehicle.
