BEST MAINTENANCE TEAM EVER! Roy and Phil are seriously the best! These two guys are friendly, timely and really go out of their way for all the residence here. Just recently, I moved to a different unit. The guys fixed up a utility cart they had and allowed me to use it for my move. It made the walk from building to building SO MUCH easier! Truly, they have a great work ethic but more importantly, they do the right thing and help us because they are truly good people. I also have to add that Will in the office is top notch! Talk about going above and beyond for residence. Will has been helpful to me on more occasions than I can count. He has been a really wonderful addition to the team here at Hawthorne. He truly goes above and beyond for all of us here.

Hawthorne facilitates a warm, welcoming, and fun environment. I enjoy the social aspect of networking with neighbors, it has been a fantastic tool to meet new people when I first moved to Wilmington and didn't know anyone. Thank you Hawthorne for all that you do!

I have lived at this complex for 4.5 years. I can't say enough about the staff who are always very friendly, courteous and helpful. And there are always fun events to look forward to! The reason I love my home so much is because it is clean, quiet and perfectly situated in the amazing neighborhood of Mayfaire. We are a tiny community tucked away which makes it more private, yet close enough to all of my favorite shops and restaurants. Also, if I have a maintenance issue the response is timely and the work is done professionally. I love it here!
