I've been living at Headwaters at Autumn Hall for about 3-4 years. First and foremost, the staff, everyone from maintenance to the manager, are some of the nicest, most helpful people. The maintenance crew fix any issues that come up in a timely fashion and the office personnel always make time to explain rules, regulations and answer any questions regarding a lease. They just renovated the gym and now more people are using this facility. There are a total of 4 grills (2 at the pool and 2 in the middle of the community), a hammock garden with 3 hammocks, a dog play area, access to the cross city trail, a vehicle wash area, pool table, a massage therapist, Amazon HUB and other amenities. The lease cost is not worth noting because everywhere you go, it will be roughly the same amount. As for the residents, there have been changes kver the years. You have your good apples and bad apples. Some people ignore you while others know you by name. I do wish they installed speed bumps because some folks tend to speed throughout the community and some don't think that the stop signs are meant for them. They also collect stool samples from dogs to have their DNA on file. If the owner does not pick up after their dog and someone reports this, the stool is testes, the dog and owner are identified and the owner is fined.

I thoroughly enjoy being a resident at Headwaters at Autumn Hall. First of all, the office staff is wonderful. They are very knowledgeable about Greystar Properties and consistently go the extra mile to help everyone. Furthermore, the maintenance staff is Johnny-on-the-Spot should the need arise. I’ve lived here 8 years and have never had a maintenance issue go unresolved. In fact, at Headwaters, there’s often less than a 24 hour turn around between the time you submit a request & the time it is resolved. The maintenance team is outstanding, Chris especially. The amenities and the Headwaters sponsored events really contribute to the overall positive atmosphere of the community. There’s a neighborly warmth, which is surprising given the size of the community. I can’t imagine being anywhere else.
