Maria in the office needs to practice customer service if I was in front of her I probably would of threw something at her …you don’t cut people off when they’re talking you wait and let them finish their sentence then you answer whether you have something available or not your job is to properly inform them with the correct information despite what the internet says.

My friend Anita is a disabled veteran. She had to endure 3 weeks of no maintenance support on a clogged sewer. She had sewage and debris spilling from the sinks dishwasher and bathtub for 3 weeks. There was no one to contact. This was non stop cleaning, unable to cook, clean or even shower. Thank God that she has me and family who saw her through it. Had to call Code Enforcement just to get that Property Manager to respond. From July 8th to July 28th is unbearable. The Property Mgr has a terrible attitude. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

The reviews are correct about the customer service. In my apartment search I came upon a listing for a 3 bedroom 2 bath on the vineyard website. It also states to call for pricing and availability. I called and was immediately met with attitude from Maria who then proceeded to ask if I called before. I stated this was my first time calling as the website directed me to call for information on the three bed room. She then shortly cut me off and said they had no three bedrooms. I have attached a picture below from their website where they list a three bedroom. She then proceeds to tell me there is a waitlist but I must meet the criteria. I said great what are the qualifications. She gave a brief pause and stated “ I was trying to go over them.” I disconnected the call as the tone of her side of the conversation is not at all what I would expect from a property office. But all the reviews on the customer services of this property seem to ring true after that conversation. When people believe you are a certain demographic or class they tend to treat you a certain way.
