Best Buy online VERY BAD!!! .. I tried to bought a computer BEST BUY ONLINE took twice the money and I never received the computer … if you call to customer service they hang up on you they even tried to help me I loose $901 for a computer I never get… dealing with customer service is a nightmare… very bad … very disappointed and frustrated… I feel like they stole from me …. Now I’m fighting to get my money back but I think I just lost the money …. WOW VERY GOOD JOB BESTBUY taking money from customers and not delivering the products…. Big wow…

I ordered a TV on Amazon and BestBuy in Patchogue was the place I could pick up the TV. The girl at the register was extremely nice asked me if I needed help putting it in my car! I thanked her for the offer but replied no thanks, I've got it!

Really bad experience. I bought a Wemo two weeks ago and it stopped working within couple of weeks. I brought to the store and they arrogantly refused to replace or return. I would avoid buying from this store because of their return policy and unfriendly staff attitude.

My shopping experience at Best Buy was absolutely wonderful thanks to store associate Ken Miller-Boccasini. I even brought my granddaughter with me to replace my iPad that went kaput because I consider myself technologically stupid. Ken was very kind and patient with all my stupid questions. He hooked me up with the right iPad for my needs. He also explained to my granddaughter how to set it up for me. Thank you Ken! I am very happy with my purchase.

You'd have to contact the store directly. It's hit or miss. Order it online and pickup is usually pretty fast.
Yes they can transfer all your information over as long as your computer is running working condition as well as the hard drive is not damaged.
