Hurry, call and ask, plan ahead before you attempt to do the return.
You have 14 days to returned. If the product has been open probably you paid a retuns fee.
I agree with Eamonn it will depend on who helps you.
Go to the store with your receipt and speak with them. They can often make those decisions

Not really sure on the return policy but i think within 30 days you can return for full credit.
You can exchange it but you may be subject to a restocking fee. In my experience though most employees don't enforce the restocking fee policy.
