This gym is excellent. I am 71 years old and have been going here for 3 years. I like the staff, particularly Yvonne. The gym is a very welcoming environment for seniors. I started here to strengthen my legs because I had severe medial knee osteoarthritis. I rehabilitated myself enough to post phone surgery, but when I final got both knees replaced, I was in good shape and sailed through rehabilitation both times. I continued to come to remain as fit as I can. The facility is clean, pleasant and mindful of the spread of Covid 19. The patrons are generally very pleasant. All ages are well represented.

Big open gym with every piece of equipment you can think of. About 6 flat benches, a few smith machines, three full sized cable machine set ups and a ton of cardio machines. Separate squat room with 5 racks. There’s an outdoor area with racks, sleds and weights. The gym has never been crowded any of my visits nor have I had to wait for a machine to use. Price is fair and they don’t require a commitment on membership.

Great gym. Great trainers. A pretty blended mix of people. Hardcore to elderly. More dungeonesqe then mainstream gyms. But no showers means i cant bang and clang omw to work at 5am. So i had to move on. Reason for 4 stars

New and old school equipment you can't beat that atmosphere is delightful to work out in great customer service very personable and they have a great group of guys to workout with
