Had a scary moment when our daughter pulled into our driveway with a loud scraping noise. Turns out the front axel had fallen off the car. (So glad she wasn't on a highway somewhere!) We called Chris' Automotive the next morning and spoke to Dena who was fantastic! We were impressed with how quickly they responded in towing the car and relieved to hear the driver tell us he would be able to tow it without causing further damage. We were amazed to hear that Dena was able to get the parts given the current supply chain issues and then blown away to hear that the staff was able to work on the car the same day! We picked up the car that night and have had no issues since. We are incredibly impressed with the level of service we received by both Dena and the staff and won't hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

Rip off!!! I'm the truck driver that works next door to this place. Just needed a piece of pipe on my exhaust .....they refused to do the job for less the $2400...tried to sell me a brand new complete exhaust when it just needed a 1ft piece of pipe replaced.....got it done for $150 from lefers down the road.....make

Our truck broke down away from home, we really thought it was the end of the vehicle. We took a chance with this mechanic as we needed a tow and he was close by. Bobby from Chris' auto center was stellar from the start! Not only was he able to diagnose and fix the issue, he was able to get this vehicle--which we thought was done--ready for inspection. Information was communicated frequently and clearly allowing us to make informed decisions. The loss of this vehicle was going to be a huge problem for us and Bobby recognized the value and saved it. This was all done with true professionalism, honesty, integrity and a VERY reasonable price. We are beyond thankful! I would highly recommend this business to anyone.

This was the best car repair experience of my life! Traveling from PA to Boston and our car broke down. They towed us and over a weekend worked to fix our car so we could make it back home on our way back from Boston. They kept me updated, were very fair in price, and made me feel at ease to enjoy our weekend and not stress about our car. I only wish I lived closer to use them as my car repair shop. I cannot thank them enough for how amazing they were to me and my stranded family.
