We have never had this level of unprofessionalism with a animal adoption first off the owners were 45 minutes late to our appointment. We ended up adopting a red lored-parrot who ended up dying after 6 days of being home doctors deemed his cause of death from malnutrition. I called the store sitting in the emergency room to let them know and the female owner basically said let me get back to you my son just died … after this that was the last communication I had with the owners they wouldnt talk to me only my husband even though I was one responsible for the adoption. It took them over two week to rectify the situation…I don’t recommend going to this place at all I hope they get stripped of their license to sell birds. Go to Omar’s exotics bird they are friendly cleaner and more knowledgeable!

Nice Little Bird Store by the beach. Birds, Cages, Food and pet supplies. Clean, well kept and the cutest and probably the most handfed baby Parrots in town. Parrots are all out on the floor, none in cages, they are healthy looking baby birds and they come with free a Veterinarian checkup with every purchase. Plus - friendly and knowledgeable staff. I am an experienced bird owner who wanted to try out raising a new kind of bird and purchased a parrotlet back in November 2018. I was told at the time he was about 5 months old. I took him afterwards to the vet that does free initial checkups for their birds and got an expert opinion that the bird was already past 10 months old. In short they will lie to you to make extra money. I have had a lot of behavioral issues plus later health problems with this bird. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PLACE!

I get Shelby's (a Blue and Gold macaw) nails and wings done here, they are so good that when they do the trimming she never screams. They also share their 20 years of knowledge freely and have taught me how to be a better owner (as if we own them) and care giver. I recommend them highly for all your bird needs.
