Katy was great! I have super long hair and was overdue for a trim. I called at 11:45 and got a noon appointment. I only waited a few minutes. I suggest calling ahead to get on the list. Anyhow I have really long, full, but fine texture hair and a trim for me was about 3” off the back and 5” off the front with a lot of layers for a nice face frame. She regularly would ask if it was okay before she took a lot off. She was great and short notice. My daughter and I come here regularly and we’ve never had a bad experience. I’ll be taking my daughter soon as well. Great place and love Katy and staff!!

In response to Joseph: There was only ONE stylist on the floor during that time and the rest were on lunch. The girls that work here(which are only two by the way)work very hard to keep this busy store running and try to squeeze as many people in when they can. If you can’t be seen during that time, they accommodate accordingly. COVID brought in a lot of changes to the beauty industry and the least a customer can do is be kind and patient when needing a service done. Thank you Griselda and team for always working so hard when no one else is there to step up to the job.

I went in for a line-up for my son and myself. There was 1 man sitting in a chair waiting for a hair cut, 3 staff were working 12:30 and said they couldn’t take us because of online reservations at 1:00. Those reservations were no where in sight. We were standing there with NOBODY physically in the store and they turned us away. Not sure what’s going on anymore.
