First time trying this location as our local haircut place closed. Recommend going online to sign up on the waitlist to determine when you should arrive. Area is nice and has a lot of parking. Ladies working there were friendly and prices were fair so will come again for another haircut.

I went here the other to get a haircut for the first time and she did okay but left hair uneven. Went back to get it fixed. Should have been sooo easy instead of fixing the one piece she thinks she knew better and chopped all my hair off!!! It looks horrible I am so upset. If 0 stars were an option I’d give that

My 87 year old mother who is on a walker went to the back glass door which is NOT OPEN and the two hair styles look at us and would not open the door for a disabled person. They were chatting and waived us around the shopping center building. Very RUDE AND INCONSIDERATE.

I don’t really go out to get haircuts too often unless I’m traveling for work, especially since my wife cuts my hair. I am very particular when it comes to places that cut my hair especially since some other places have messed up simple haircuts. So I was in San Diego for work, I came in the morning a little after they opened to beat the crowds of the afternoon. Check in was a breeze only took a minute, then sat and waited about 5 minutes. (one other person was ahead of me) I had Yafa cut my hair, I told her what I wanted (simple 1 all around and a little blend around the top sides) She immediately prepped for the haircut and went to it really really fast! Now I was slightly suspicious because of how fast it was but I was pleasantly surprised! She knew exactly what to do and did an absolutely amazing job! Plus they do a $13 military day special! I left her a great tip for an excellent job! Would definitely come here again if I came to San Diego for work, or need a haircut! I don’t know how other stylist are, but Yafa did an amazing job! Keep it up!

Great Clips is a walk-in haircare salon, so you don’t schedule an appointment in advance. You can simply walk in! Online Check-In can save you time by adding your name to the list before heading to the salon.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
