Did not have a good experience at this location for my last 2 visits. I have had good experiences at this location in the past but not during my last 2 visits recently. The hair dresser was not friendly and the haircut was not perfect. The coupon which should be acceptable across San Diego Great clips was not accepted at this location (I see similar pattern from the past comments as well). So, would plan to avoid going to this location in future.

Worst and pathetic experience from the staff. It seemed like guy was not interested in his job. I felt unwelcomed there. I wanted to give 0 star but it's not possible. When a big name like great clips is associated, people would expect good service and welcoming experience. He might be having a bad day I understand but he should not take it out on customer. Got negative vibes from him. As a customer tried to get advice from him, but got nonchalant response from him. Plus a coupon which is accepted in every great clips of San Diego was not accepted ( I am guessing he didn't want me to give the discount ). I have checked the details of the coupon on website and found to be applicable to this store. I would like to have a little chat with manager who can better explain me the reason of such treatment (and I can give the name of the guy). Trust me I have had best experience in this store but this time it was not tolerable. Never going back to the place again.

My husband and I both came today for cuts. He is a marine so he got a medium skin fade while I had my A-line bob trimmed. I have had bad experiences with getting my hair cut in San Diego and I was so glad to walk out of a hair salon for once with a smile on my face. Only wish they offered hair coloring too! Samantha did a fantastic job on his fade, and Houng fixed my hair up wonderfully.

Wow, I have to change my review. There is someone there n as mud Angela, she is the worst at cutting hair. She totally butchered my daughters hair. She was told to cut 2 inches off but cut 6, she was even shown a picture of what my daughter wanted. She did not even come close!! If it wasn't for the manager Samantha who offered to to her best to fix it. This review would be much worse!! If you go to great clips DO NOT HAVE ANGELA CUT YOUR HAIR!!!!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
