I get Starbucks at least three times a week and every time I go here my coffee taste different, but somehow it always tastes burned. I don’t even mind the long waits or the long drive-through line if my coffee is being made correctly. How do you burn espresso but also water down a drink? I’ll never understand what goes on at this location. I’ve been adding 15 minutes to my route every morning just to avoid this Starbucks and get a real coffee.

The worst Frappuccinos in town. Dont go there, no idea how to make anything. Go to the one at target.👍

Genuinely the most inefficient staff I’ve ever witnessed. Out of the 6 employees 3 of them are standing contributing nothing. One is running the window and 2 are taking care of mobile and register orders (at a sloths pace). Waited 28 minutes for two ice coffee with a splash of oat milk that were mobile ordered and estimated to be done in 7 minutes. Is get the delay if the place was packed but it was 5:20pm on a Tuesday and it was rather dead in there. Employees work with zero urgency or hustle. It was beyond frustrating watching them for the 20 minutes I stood there. I know Starbucks is one of the establishments that has gone severely down hill since the pandemic but this location takes the cake. Also place is a mess. All stations were dirty, there were zero straws or napkins available. The pastry case was literally completely empty. I get it’s tough finding help that cares these days but the staff here should be ashamed because they have absolutely no pride. Will avoid methuen going forward. F- all across, and who ever is in charge of this location needs to wake the eff up and train their staff. Or by other reviews it’s probably time for a new regime. Pathetic

Worst place, worst service you would ever get. Even when you call customer services they don’t help. I had 2 problems with that store in just 2 weeks.
