I went in to get my hair straightened. Nothing else. No specific styling. No wash. No trim. Just straighten with a hair straightener. I got rotator cuff surgery and couldn't do it on my own. I was given to someone who was new and legit, never straightened hair before. Her boss had to come over and show her how to do it a few times. A 30-45 min procedure took 2.5 hrs. You read that right. I was then charged $60 for hair styling and late to my cousin's graduation. Dude.....Supercuts.....charged $60 for hair straightening by someone who never did it before. I get it for $40 max at my regular salon.

Tried to get a haircut. Checked online and it said no wait time. Get there and told I would have to wait an hour despite only one other person being in the store.
