Took my credit card information online for an appointment. Appointment was canceled soon after it was made. They charged the card and won't refund it. Services never rendered, but they kept my money... be aware they will not refund. I do not recommend.

I had a scheduled trip to Grand Cayman with friends. Travel arrangements put me in the position of needing a Covid-19 test, on a Sunday night, flying through an unfamiliar city. I didn’t have a car and didn’t know how to manage. I found Carolina Pharmacy online, and they offered a concierge service for a nominal fee that solved everything: they would meet me at my hotel at whatever time I needed to complete the testing. The team was super responsive while organizing the testing: it gave me confidence that this critical piece of my travel requirements would be handled professionally. Each time I emailed with a question or change the team responded right away and was able to accommodate my requests. Unfortunately, on the day of travel my flight experienced mechanical problems and I never did get to Charlotte. I emailed the team and told them I understood if my payment would not be refunded; they insisted on refunding my pre-payment. This is a great organization and I highly recommend their services. I’d use them again in a heartbeat!
