The pharmacy staff is awesome and everyone at the store is so nice and quick to help. My only complaint is that I put in a request for them to get an item in stock months ago and no one ever got back to me

Switched to Publix after 18 months of abysmal service from CVS. Wish I’d switched sooner, Publix pharmacy staff is wonderful. Publix has exceeded expectations when refilling an expensive maintenance medication. While CVS often acted like I was a burden when using GoodRX, Publix goes above and beyond to find better GoodRX deals on the meds for me. I would happily do the research for them, but their taking the this extra step saves us both time, since they don’t have to re-process the pricing. They are busy, but every person I have interacted with has been patient and kind, while providing excellent support. Highly recommend!

Wonderful experience for a few weeks now. My nurse has me trying out a few different meds, and I’ve called a couple times to see if I could expedite the medication. They are always kind, helpful, and, when asked, my prescriptions can be ready in a little over an hour. They gladly answer questions helpfully and everyone always seem to have a cheerful attitude.

These pharmacists have very bad attitudes and think they are doctors and prescribers. I have lupus for over 7 years and they think they know what I need to take even though it's prescribed by MY doctors!
