In the 30 years of getting my hair done this was a first. I had gotten my hair done at this salon 5 years prior. Though text messages I was able to have what I felt was an efficient conversation, I got an appointment date, I was reminded how much the keratin treatment costed 5 years prior and that the rates were up since then, I got a time and the stylist name. I locked in the appointment and I was thrilled as there was an opening a few days before I left on vacation. While waiting for my babysitter to arrive I noticed I had overlooked a text message 24 hours after booking stating that I needed to “confirm” my appointment. I immediately called them in thinking this was a mistake since I have the confirmation of my appointment in text.. The stylist who was was supposed to do my hair said she gave my appointment away because I didn’t confirm. I explained I have a text message that confirms my appointment. She said it still wasn’t confirmed and they don’t have a spot for me. I’ll say this again NEVER … EVER has that happened to me. If they wanted a credit card on file then they should have mentioned it. They should not have just canceled my appointment. I would never trust this place again.

Leanne is awesome!! Everyone there are amazing hairdressers. I get Keratin done there and my hair always feels smooth and healthy. The environment is welcoming with a happy and beautiful smile on each on of them there. I've been going to keratin shop for over 2 years. Love the place and everyone there. ❤

Great first keratin treatment experience. I love how my hair looks and I will definitely be going back as part of my hair maintenance! Don't know how I lived all these years without keratin treatments! Soft, shiny, touchable hair after air-drying? Yes, please! Forever!

This little shop and the people that works there are adorable. Angela did my cut and color, and I'm so in love with it. She helped me decide how much to take off, keeping the long length I desired. We discussed the color that would work best for my hair. The day it was colored until now, it looks amazing. It keeps getting lighter and it's transitioning nicely thru the spring. I get many compliments on it. I highly recommend this amaze place.
