This place is trash I would give 0 stars but I had to mark one slower then ever you sit in the waiting room for an hour even when your in pain GO SOME WHERE ELSE IF YOU NEED TO BE SEEN!!!!!

Worst ER ever. Dirty rooms, wait time is is longer than the drive to Mercy Hospital, staff unprofessional, only one Dr. In ER. Nurses stand around chatting and eating popcorn at the nurses station. Over charge insurance and charge for things not even done or given. Don't waste your time.

I felt like I was in good hands from the time I arrived until I left. The staff and doctor were friendly and professional. I received a follow up call a few days following the procedure and a thank you note personally signed by everyone.
