40+ minutes waiting for pizza that the app said should take 15 minutes. This location always has this issue, but the pizza is the best in town from their businesses.

my pizzas arrived like this so we had to obviously get them remade. when we got there dude had a whole line of dashers waiting for orders and he just kept stacking them on the shelf and leaving them. not even in a warming oven, just on the counter. not calling them out, just sitting. they also don’t check the pizzas to make sure they’re fully cooked, while it’s sometimes expected with a supreme pizza to be a little doughy, a regular cheese pizza shouldn’t be raw.

Casey's are great additions to small towns but the lack of customer service makes me want to spend my $$ elsewhere. I walked in to prepay for my gasoline and there was a line 4 deep and no cashier. I glance around.... nothing. I then say hello.... Anyone working? Another customer then notices the employee straightening the drink station and says dude you have quite a line... if this was a one off I world be ok. But this is MOST Casey's. Usually their employees are chatting back and forth to one another and not focusing on moving customers their the lines.
