Arrived 10 min before 11 Wednesday…after driving 30 min…. sign on door says open 11-6 today….11:15 AM still no sign of employee or help…. I called their phone but says mailbox full! Really???? Not starting off good here! I’ll wait another 15

Paradise Aquatics has customer service and responsiveness beyond the status quoe. Others in town, just didn't give me the time of day or wanted way too much for their product. Or would say, yeah I'll get back to you, but never would despite kind reminders. I ordered a custom tank through Vinton at Paradise Aquatics and am very much looking forward to setting it up! They have a nice store setup, functional and streamline. Definitely worth checking out if you haven't been!
