The customer service is over and beyond.

Checked the website they said they where open year around. So I looked at the hours and they were open till 5. Drove 3 hours to fish and they are closed do not depend on your his shop stop somewhere on your way ay up so you can at least get good service

I stopped by Rich and Sal's last Thursday. The shop is stocked with every imaginable item that might have been forgotten for your trip to the lake or a change in plans not anticipated. Great customer service and friendly wait staff made my visit a pleasure. I will definitely go there again!
