Always on time, very responsive, always friendly and fair in pricing. From the front office to the service to pricing. This is by far the best service. Knows my system well and never a surprise. I’ve used them for over 3 years and won’t use anyone else. I highly recommend.

After checking around, I called Dr. Cool to get a quote for a new AC. Tim came and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, taking the time to explain all to me, unlike the other companies I already had out. The quote I was given was a lot less than the competitors, and the office staff (Becca) was beyond helpful. Day of install Tim showed up with the owner (Chris) and the two of them installed the new system in just a few hours. Mind you, during the install Tim cut his elbow and needed stitches, but finished the job first! I will never call another AC company again. Highly recommend!!!!

Ideally, you should do it before your current system fails and leaves you rushed to make a replacement decision. Fortunately, there are a few signs that indicate it’s time to start looking at your options: your unit is more than 10 years old, it’s not keeping up with your needs, you notice a big increase in your cost to run it, or it needs regular refrigerant refills. In some cases, a simple repair may be all that’s needed, but if it’s no longer safe or practical to put more money into your AC, we’ll explain that, too, and make recommendations for the most appropriate replacement.
Air handlers and furnaces aren't typically install in the same home. If you have a furnace, Air handlers are frequently paired with heat pumps and manage airflow across your residence. Some systems also provide extra heating and cooling pieces to support the heat pump. furnace heats in a different manner by pushing heated air into your vents, which send it across your residence. Since furnaces depend on combustion chambers to produce heated air, they don't have some of the parts you'll see in a standard air handler.
Generally, it is recommended that an air conditioning unit be serviced every other year. This is done by checking the refrigerant levels, and cleaning the air filters.
You will have to replace your furnance filter when you experince a dramatic decrease in air flow in your home, affect the efficiency of your heating system, and cause your utility bills to spike.
A heat pump is a type of heating and cooling system for residential and commercial properties. Heat pumps may be used year-round, and they do not burn fossil fuels as furnaces do. Strictly speaking, heat pumps do not create heat. Rather, they redistribute the heat that is already there.
Yes! We service the nearby areas as well.
A newer, modern AC system is not only energy efficient, it will also deliver a consistent temperature while providing clean quality air by filtering and dehumidifying your home.
