Sat morning at 10 am for breakfast, I ordered a sausage egg cheese biscuit combo and a sausage biscuit, when I pay my ticket shows it as the egg McMuffin. I told her she rang it wrong and wanted to make sure I got the correct order, then a mgr come over states it's the same.price and she will make sure it's correct, I gety order, CK it and it's wrong, she took forever and came back handing me the same sandwich stating we don't have any more.biscuits, no jelly no ketchup either...so when I left, I opened my sausage biscuit and the.biscuit seemed to have been a day old...the proper ice was not in the beverage either, worst service ever. I blame management, because projections we're not done and if they were out of products, all order takers should have been advised, Money down the drain......I was so upset and with the long line, It was best I cooled off. d down....Sorry sorry 😐

I really wish I could give 0 stars! The service sucks! The employees are always standing around. They make u wait in the drive thru line until everyone decides to pull off! FIRE EVERY MFKIN BODY IN THE BUILDING!!!!! CORPORATE Needs to do personal pop ups at this location every week!! Just close it down and give us a SONIC!!

Firstly this is my LOCAL McDonald’s it’s only a couple minutes away from my house and my son wanted to stop here for his birthday upon entering the lot the drive thru was wrapped around the building so we decided to do a dine in instead the inside was just as packed as the outside due to customers trying to place orders on kiosk and the machine went down so others tried to place order at counter and was told to go back to the kiosk because they’re not taking orders at the register which makes no sense when customers are telling you the machine is down so finally a machine opened up and I was ready to place my order after I placed order on kiosk I didn’t receive a receipt and told front counter she said it’s fine because order came to the back anyway I asked for four cups of water and was told they couldn’t give me more than one. Then after openly and rudely discussing the request for water someone brought me four cups of water I put on my ticket I was eating for here and my food was still bagged for to go. P.S the employees should be mindful of their work conversation a few of the employees were making fun of some of the customers very loudly and openly one was discussing her rectal area while complaining about customers orders. Overall the experience was quite unpleasant and I definitely will not stop at this facility for my McDonald’s cravings because I didn’t like the environment or the customer service.

Just close the dam restaurant . The staff is lazy. The food is never fresh. If the staff don't want to do their job they don't need to be there. How is McDonald's only taking door dash. It's McDonald's. Open 24 hours.
