Line is always extremely long and always slow. Everytime we go there, without fail they forget something to our order. When we go back they always have an attitude about it as if I was the one who forgot it. I don't know if it's lack of training or bad leadership in this specific Jacks but it's awful.

Just order for this jack in box got the wrong order and now no one is answering the phone you would think that the manger in charge would be able to handle a phone call or at least answer the phone
