Honestly a bit disappointed in this store. From what I saw online it looked like a bookstore I wanted to check out while I was in town. I even brought a messenger bag and a tote because I usually end up getting a few books in used book stores and wanted something available to carry them home. When I got in there and made the right turn to that section, I was greeted by a sign saying no backpacks were allowed in the section holding all the books. Messenger bags are often substituted for backpacks so this basically said I couldn't go in. There was no alternative options given to go into the section other than ignoring the sign or leaving. I didn't want to push that policy and risk a confrontation so I left. It would be appreciated if the store reconsiders this policy. I would love to give a place like this business but this policy seems like a very extreme solution to theft issues that ends up costing more money through lost business than lost inventory.

I love this place, it has so many books that you wouldn't find anywhere else! I got a book from their antique section on how things work, from 1923. And in really good condition for being nearly 100 years old! It was 7$ their pricing is incredibly fair for the quality of books(I say as a book lover)

They sell records of all sizes
I think Kiefer Thomas has given a pretty accurate assessment. What we pay is based on what we sell it for, number of copies we already have, demand, condition, rarity. We sell our goods in our store, not online so we have to be realistic about what the market will pay.
As far as I know, so long as the album is in good condition, he'll buy it. I took in about 20~50 records and he looked through them all, buying about $60 worth off of me. I would suggest taking them in and seeing if they want them. This is not a direct line to the store, so call them, if you want a specific answer.
Yes we do have a selection of movies.
Only rare titles and those not available on DVD. We only sell them for 2 dollars as well.
