Atc fitness is your basic gym for a low price. The people there are overall friendly and helpful, not just the staff but also the clientele. It's got plenty of cardio machines such as ellipticals, treadmills, a few stair climbers, and plenty of bikes. They're heavy weights go up enough for just about anybody. It is fairly well kept and clean however not having paper towels in the bathroom is a pain in the butt. Overall it's a decent gym and I've been going there for a couple of years.

I've seen young children in there probably about 8 years old or so with their parents but I think by yourself you have to be 16
