Don’t move here if your black. Apparently stereotyping is still a thing. Leasing manager followed my house mate in her car to harass him about playing music. She apparently got a complaint from “occupants” saying a black male was blasting music in his car driving around the complex. And the leasing manager Jordan seen the FIRST black male and approached him in her car because he was black harassed him stating it was him but didn’t have any proof to show for accusing. I have cameras and proof unlike her . Also the apartments are super outdated , not luxury as they claim to be . Super small for what the price is. The only thing they have updated was redoing a few sidewalks instead of putting the money into updating appliances . Office never answers the phone, you have to call 20 times before someone answers…

Its beautiful here, lots of squirrels for me and my cats to watch. I even saw a deer once on my way to my car, it was super cool. They upgraded their basement storage area recently to keep robbers out after I caused a fuss, which I appreciate. Jordan in the office does everything she can to make your experience a good one, and they redid the pool last year so it'll be good to go Summer 2022 I'm assuming 🏊‍♀️🏊‍♂️🔫
