I highly recommend Penners for all your clothing needs. First time I went in I bought a hat and a pair of dress shoes. Couple of weeks later I returned for a suit and couple of shirts. Frankie was very helpful and very attentive in helping me out. He made sure my suit and shirts were custom tailored for a perfect fit. He even made sure my shirts and suit were pressed and wrinkle free ready to wear. Thanks Frankie

They do not polish shoes at Penners. If you are a Lexus owner, North Park Lexus had someone on Fridays polishing shoes for free.
Yes they do behind the store. They attendant may ask for payment, but there is no charge if you go to Penner's. They only charge for non customers

Yes, they do actually sell hat boxes without having to buy a hat. Just ask one of the sales reps.

They obviously are known for their free alterations with an in-store purchase. They will always do it at time of purchase. Trey is correct in saying that they charge you if it is a item purchased elsewhere. As for something previously bought there, I'm being told by an employee there, that with a receipt of the item wanting alterations, you can still take it back and get your alterations still. If you do not have a receipt, but have an account with them, they can still look it up in the system. Jesse, just take it in and speak with someone. More than sure they will help.
