They obviously are known for their free alterations with an in-store purchase. They will always do it at time of purchase. Trey is correct in saying that they charge you if it is a item purchased elsewhere. As for something previously bought there, I'm being told by an employee there, that with a receipt of the item wanting alterations, you can still take it back and get your alterations still. If you do not have a receipt, but have an account with them, they can still look it up in the system. Jesse, just take it in and speak with someone. More than sure they will help.
They alter shirts, suits and everything else. They did mine when I bought it and didn't charge me at time of purchase. They will charge for stuff bought elsewhere. Not sure if they will alter something you bought there awhile back. They do aawesome work though. Hope this helps.
