I don’t usually do reviews, but I really appreciate good customer service when it’s done. My transaction at the register was embarrassingly time consuming. I did 4 separate transactions. Mikaela on the night shift was so sweet and patient with us. She not once looked irritated (I would have) even though the line behind us was getting long and impatient. She complemented my nails and wished us a goodnight and left no sensors on my clothes. Thanks girl!

I have to say that I’m very disappointed with the customer service at this express. I called to ask for information on the hiring and pay rate and I first got an associate who then transferred me to their store manager she was very rude from the start almost asked if it bothered her that I even asked about the hiring age and pay rate that she didn’t have even complete my call she just hung up on me.

This place needs new management and staff. People are dress too casual for this store. In addition, its extremely disorganized; I talked to three people about the price of something, and I received different responses. One worker at the cashier openly admitted that thr floor staff didn't know what they were talking about. I didn't receive any apologies for any inconviniences, which is minimum an aspect of good business practices. I highly recommend to go to a different store.

Penny Pinching $.10/ bag is ridiculous!!!! Thought this store was better than that. Raise your prices if you can't make it but it looks so cheap to charge for a bag. ZARA is going down the drain with these penny pinching tactics. Who was the brains behind that idea.
