Unfortunately, just ok. I'd recommend looking elsewhere for SLC residents seeking an amenity apartment building. I lived at 4th West for ~3 years (2018-2021). Initially, it was excellent. The amenities were well-maintained, the front desk responsive, and the residents fun but respectful. By the end of my stay in 4th west, however, facilities were consistently out of order, parties occurred frequently and without intervention, and management became non-responsive. As an example, my upstairs neighbor consistently hosted parties after 2am during the week (Tuesday, Wednesday). I asked the overnight staff to knock on the neighbor's door, and was unfortunately told that the overnight staff member was cursed out by the neighbor upstairs. After relaying this unfortunate story to management, there was literally no action taken (even after my repeatedly following up). Overall, it's a pretty apartment building, but sad that so many rude, inconsiderate residents have tainted it and that management appears unwilling to crack down.

After two years of living here, I'm changing my review. The main thing i love about this place is the location. Right off the freeway. I love the friends and people I've met here, but unfortunately the facilities, amenities and overall living experience has decreased in value in my opinion. Especially because they have been building an apartment outside my window for the last year and when I asked if I could get a reduction in rent (cuz they love pouring concrete at 4am and waking up this entire side of the building) they ignored my request and asked if there was anything else they could do for me.
